4. Enter five digit code. please make sure that Your “Caps Lock” is off.

a) First write down your Tracking No.
b) Then select your intermediate subject combination 1.if you are student of F.Sc ( Pre Engg. or Pre Medical) check option 1 2.if you are student of I.Cs (Computer Science), check option 2 3.if you are student of I.Cs (Statistics), check option 3
c) Select weather you are a Intermediate student, A-level or DAE/bTech Student
d) Enter Your name
e) Enter Your Father Name or guardian name
f) Gender
g) DOB (Date of Birth) according to the matriculation certificate
h) Give your Complete adress
i) City
j) District
k) Contacts

Then Click “Save”, new window will appear showing your personal informatin. At the bottom of the page click on “Print”
